III · Table Formats

We design game-night formats for stores, clubs, and events: player counts, session length, setup order, and teaching scripts.

What we look at

  • Space: number of tables, seats per table, and time available.
  • Game mix: which games suit the opening, the main session, and the close.
  • Setup: what needs to be on the table before players arrive, and in what order.
  • Teaching: how a host teaches each game in a few sentences.

What you receive

  • A format document: schedule, players per table, and game assignments.
  • A setup checklist for each game.
  • A teaching script for each game, one page or less.

What this does not include

  • Supplying on-site hosts, unless agreed separately in writing.
  • Buying or selling games.

Questions

Does this suit a newly opened store?
Yes. A format can start with two tables and grow with the space.
Can you use the games we already own?
Yes. We build the format around your current shelf and do not require new purchases.
