1
Brief
You send the game, app, or rule set you want us to look at, and the decision you need to make. One paragraph is enough: what it is, what stage it is at, and when you need an answer.
-
2
Read
We read, play, or review the material, then reply in writing with the scope, deliverables, dates, and fee. Work does not start until both sides agree.
-
3
Mark up
We return marked-up files, session notes, or a readout. Every suggestion carries its reason, so you can accept or decline each one.
-
4
Close
We walk through the results with you and answer questions. The project closes when the agreed files are delivered. Later changes are agreed separately.
What we need from you
- The current version of the material.
- One contact who can make decisions.
- Any limits you already know: dates, budget, platforms.
Confidentiality
Unreleased games, rules, and data are treated as confidential and used only for that project. If you need a confidentiality agreement, say so in your brief.
